You are looking at the gutty-wutties of the upper convection oven in our wall oven. I am anxious to break it in. What do you suggest we bake in it first? I am thinking of breaking out my pizza making supplies and make a homemade pizza, does anyone have a good Italian sausage recipe? I have the crust and the sauce down but still end up buying the Italian sausage and pepperoni.
